Supercharging

Hi,
I'm updating the XS and going to use this


its an Aisin AMR300 roots supercharger.

not bought it yet but will be buying bits as I go along

anyone had any tips on making the xs engine stronger?

thinking XJR conrods
oil cooler
stronger oil pump

Look at an Bugatti 35B Supercharged ...

most important is an Pop-Up / BlowUp valve - get the Trainpower fore it from the Startertrain if you remove that E-Machine;-)

The Blower is recomendet between the 1 Carb and the Y manifold ...

still debating whether to get intercooler though

Intercooling is Not nessacery because of enought fresh air around and no housing like on a car...

its to do with the rotors heating up the air. still I have seen a few photos with none installed.

I've just read that I don 't have an inter-cooler as I will be using a suck through system.
I am going to use a 1.1/4" SU carburettor
